The pull-out splice box from EFB-Elektronik is designed for the structured pick-up of splices in a 19-inch rack. It supports multimode connections in OM3 50/125 and combines a compact 1U design with a service-friendly pull-out mechanism.
• 1U, 19-inch extendable design – Allows for compact integration in the rack and facilitates maintenance and access to the splice level.
• Front panel with 6 LC duplex couplings and 6 blanking plugs – Ensures clean, pre-assembled assembly and keeps unused positions neatly sealed.
• 12 prepared LC pigtails with LSZH jacket and 2m length – Support efficient splicing organisation and reduce installation effort.
The sheet steel housing in grey according to RAL 7035 is designed for clean routing of the fibre optic lines. The OM3 fibre class for multimode 50/125, the ceramic ferrule guide and the LSZH-coated pigtails support the use in professional multimode installations. Pre-assembled crimp/ANT splice holders and enclosed shrink splice holders enable flexible splice organisation. A splice cassette with a capacity of 4 splices completes the overall concept.
