The fiber optic cable with a central, gel-filled loose tube and up to 24 fibers is ideal for structured cabling. Thanks to a high tensile strength of 2000N, it is designed for both indoor and outdoor applications. The dielectric construction with glass yarn reinforcement makes it longitudinally watertight and offers additional protection through a flame-retardant sheath.
It can be used outdoors, when laid directly underground in sand beds or in shafts, and as a flame-retardant cable indoors.
This cable is versatile for LAN and WAN backbones, telecom access lines, fiber-to-business, fiber-to-the-home and access connections.
